Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! I offer digital gift card codes that can be given as gifts to family members or friends.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment via the Wix webhost, which can process any major credit card.
What is your return policy?
If there is a defect with a print ordered, I am happy to reprint it within 15 days of receipt. However, since most prints are custom printed to order, refunds are only available on prints that cannot otherwise be corrected or reprinted.
What is your shipping policy?
For orders above $14.99 (most of my items!), shipping is free! Most prints are custom printed to order, and most ship within 1-2 business days of the item being completed. The time it takes to print and complete can vary from item to item, from as little as a day or two, to several weeks for extremely large items or finished items. They are shipped via USPS, and above a certain amount, may require adult signature for delivery.
Overnight shipping (Fedex Overnight) is available on most orders placed at the cost of shipping. Please contact me for rates.
Where do you get your models from?
Many items are hand-made using CAD programs. However, I also actively subscribe to numerous Patreons like Hex3D, PlaKit, ChibiSTL, and others. I also purchase designs for small business/commercial use, or have requested and been approved of sale by the creators on a case-by-case basis.
What is the difference between the finished and unfinished cosplay items?
Most of my cosplay prints are available either finished or unfinished, with finished prints being primed, painted, and fully assembled and shipped out in protective packaging appropriate for the print. Unfinished prints may require assembly, which reduces the time between placing the order and actually getting it in your hands. It also reduces on our costs for shipping, since free shipping is provided on nearly all cosplay prints, and any way I can reduce those types of costs helps me reduce the cost of the prints as well!
